The Czech is finally showing the form that won her the Wimbledon title, after going AWOL for one month. Still, Magdalena has to be proud of what she has achieved this week. She snapped out of her slump with impressive wins over Halep and other dangerous players. If she continues her rich rein of form, she might cause some upsets in New York. Nevertheless, this match should be and will be won by the reigning Wimbledon champion.
