Wimbledon final: Marion claims her slam

Wimbledon final:

Marion Bartoli def. Sabine Lisicki 6-1 6-4

Marion Bartoli caps off a crazy Wimbledon by demolishing the totally off Sabine Lisicki. This is her first Grand Slam win and she did it without dropping a set. Even though she didn't beat any top 15 players to win this tournament, credit has to be given to Marion for being one of the most hardworking girls on tour. If you have seen her unconventional training methods, you will understand why she gets injured so often. Sabine was a nervous wreck and just couldn't get herself together. Shame for the German as this could be her best chance at a slam. Anyway, Marion can finally claim that she is a Grand Slam champion and haters need to lay off as Marion is a prime example that hard work does pay off.
