Brisbane final:
Serena Williams vs. Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova
Anastasia Pavluchenkova had a forgettable year in 2012 but started out in style this year by beating both Angelique Kerber and Petra Kvitova. She has improved on her fitness and her return game is spectacular. She will face the real number 1, Serena Williams, for her first Premier title. Will she stand a chance? Well, Serena is well rested as she didn't have to lift a racket to reach the last stage. The American will definitely be the favourite here. Besides, it's still 1 week away from the main event so I guess Serena can afford to win here.
Pick: Serena Williams in 2 sets
Shenzhen final:
Li Na vs Klara Zakopalova
Klara Zakopalova has a beautiful smile. However, I had to plough through hundred of pictures to find only few photos of her smiling on court. Her attitude on court makes her seem like she hates the game and couldn't wait to get out of there. It's such a pity because she has an effortless game which can trouble a lot of players when she is on song. Li Na has to be careful here and not let Zakopalova get into a nice rhythm. Li needs to mix it up and give the Czech different balls, venturing to the net when possible. Klara's in red hot form, but I think Li and the home crowd has to game to bring her down.
Pick: Li in 3 sets
Auckland final:
Agnieszka Radwanska vs. Yanina Wickmayer
Yanina Wickmayer is a well known bitch and it's no surprise that I couldn't find any pictures of her smiling on court too. The brattish Belgian will face Agnieszka Radwanska for her second Auckland title, having won here 2 years ago. Does she stand a chance? If the nonchalant Agnieszka from yesterday appears, she has a good chance of winning her second Auckland title. However, I think Radwanska will lift her level to match Yanina and take away her first title of 2013.
Pick: Radwanska in 2 sets
